After fourteen wonderful years of caring for the local community, we wish to advise that Wilks Street Medical Practice closed it’s doors on Friday, 26 June 2026.

This decision has not been made lightly.

It has been a great privilege to support you and your families over the years, and we are sincerely grateful for the trust and kindness you have shown us throughout this journey.

Medical records can be transferred to your new general practitioner upon request in accordance with privacy requirements.
