Please sanitise your hands on arrival with hand sanitiser which will be available at the door. Face masks are also available for optional use.

If you have any symptoms of Covid-19 such as- fever, sore throat, runny nose, cough, shortness of breath, loss sense of taste or smell, please inform reception staff  and we will arrange a Telehealth consultation for initial assessment and further guidance.

Please complete better health questionnaire  which you will receive by SMS before attending for your appointment.
