You will be required to wear a well fitted face mask to and throughout your consultation.

Please sanitise your hands on arrival with a generous dollop of hand sanitiser which will be available at the door.

If you have any symptoms of Covid-19 such as- fever, sore throat, runny nose, cough, shortness of breath, loss sense of taste or smell, please inform reception staff  and we will arrange a Telehealth consultation for initial assessment and further guidance

Please complete better health questionnaire  which you will receive by SMS before attending for your appointment.
